0629 q/ ORDINANCE NO. 629 AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS (GENERAL LOCATION: NORTHEASTERN AVENUE/OFF GRAHAM ROAD, 30.55 ACRES KNOWN AS BELLEVUE SUB- DIVISION); AMENDING ORDINANCES NUMBER 213 AND 238 OF THE ~- CITY OF JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY:OF JACKSON- VILLE, ARKANSAS, THAT: SECTION 1: The zone classification of the following properties be and are hereby changed as indicated: Part of the East One-Half (E~) of the East One-Half (E~) of the Southeast Quarter (SE~) of Section 20, Township 3 North, Range 10 West, Jacksonville, Pulaski County, Ark- ansas, being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the southeast corner of the E~ of the E~ of the SE ~ of Section 20, T-3-N, R-I0-W; thence NOlo 31' 24" E, 396.0 feet to the point of beginning; thence N 890 53' 51" W, 658.46 feet; thence NOlo 30' 52" E, 2273.07 feet; thence N 890 53' 47" E, 658.88 feet to the north- east corner of the E~ of the E~ of the SE~ of said Section 20; thence SOlo 31' 24" W, 1177.0 feet; thence N 880 29' 12" W, 330.04 feet' thence SOlo 32' 17" W, 504.79 feet; thence S 880 27' 01" E 330.17 feet. thence S 010 31' 24" W, 593.46 feet to the point of begi~ning: containing 30.55 acres, more or less. The above property is hereby rezoned from R-IA to R-3. SECTION 2: That the map referred to in Section 601 of Ordinance No. 213 of the City of Jacksonville, Arkansas, as amended by Ordinance No. 238, and designated official zoning map, should be and hereby is amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the changes provided for in Section 1, thereof. SECTION 3: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of any such conflict.
