AN ORDINANCE REPEAI.lING ORDINANCE NO. 616 ~~HICH RECLASSIFIED
VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS
(GENERAL LOCATION: STONEWALL SUBDIVISION; HIGHWAY 161/
CORNER OF E. MARTIN STREET), AND WHICH AMENDED ORDINANCES
NUMBER 213 AND 238 OF THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS, THAT:
SECTION 1: Ordinance No. 616, enacted on October 16,
1980, is hereby repealed in its entirety.
gECTION 2: All property rezoned by said Ordinance
616 shall revert back to the zoning classification in effect
prior to the passage of said Ordinance 616 and the official
zoning map should be and hereby is amended to this effect.
SECTION 3: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the. extent of
any such conflict.
