AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE,
ARKANSAS, (GENERAL LOCATION: FIRST UNITED METHODIST CHURCH 220 W. MAIN);
AMENDING ORDINANCES NUMBER 213 AND 238 OF THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS:
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS,
THAT:
SECTION 1: The zone classification of the following properties be
and are hereby changed as indicated:
Lots 7,8,9,10,11 & 12, Block 30, of Station Grounds at
Jacksonville (Plat Book 2: Page 53); Tract "All, Harpole
Addition to the City of Jacksonville (Plat Book 4~ Page 167),
all in the City of Jacksonville, Pulaski County, Arkansas.
The above property is hereby rezoned from R-1 to C-2.
(General Location: First United Methodist Chruch 220 W. Main,
Jacksonville, Arkansas)
SECTION 2: That the map referred to in Section 601 of Ordinance No.
213 of the City of Jacksonville, Arkansas, as amended by Ordinance No. 238,
and designated official zoning map, should be and hereby is amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the changes
provided for in Secti.on l'"thereqf,
SECTION 3: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of any such conflict.

EMERGENCY CLAUSE). EFFECTIVE DATE: SEPTEMBER 19, 1982.
