AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF
JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS, (GENERAL LOCATION: SOUTH OF WHEEL ESTATES
MOBILE HOME PARK); AMENDING ORDINANCES NUMBER 213 and 238 OF TliE
CITY OF JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE,
ARKANSAS, THAT:
SECTION 1: The zone classification of the following
properties be and are hereby changed as indicated:
Part of the W~ Section 31, Township 3 North, Range 10
West, beginning 1,710' West of the NE corner of S~ of
the the NW~ of Section 31; thence South 450 E, 1,810' to
the North side of Highway 67 (161); thence South 410 W,
218' along Hwy. 67 (161); thence North 480 West 300';
thence South 410 West, 390' to the center of Bayou Meto
Creek; thence Northwesterly along said center line of
Bayou Meto Creek to the North line of the SW~ NW~; thence
East 300' to the point of beginning.
The above described property is hereby rezoned from R-O to R-4
(General Location: South of Wheel Estates Mobile Home Park) .
SECTION 2: That the map referred to in Section 601 of
Ordinance No. 213 of the City of Jacksonville, Arkansas, as
amended by Ordinance No. 238, and designated official zoning
map, should be and hereby is amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to effect and designate the changes provided
for in Section 1, thereof.
SECTION 3: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of any
such corlflict.
