AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 871 (#23-87); RESTATING THE BEGINNING DATE
FOR COLLECTING THE 1988 ANNUAL ASSESSMENT FROM THE SOUTHWESTERN BELL TELEPHONE
COMPANY DOING BUSINESS IN THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS; DECLARING AN
EMERGENCY; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
