AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE,
ARKANSAS, (GENERAL LOCATION: CHAPEL HILL CEMETARY); AMENDING
ORDINANCES NUMBER 213 AND NUMBER 238 OF THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE,
ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS, THAT:
SECTION 1: The zone classification of the following pro-
perty be and hereby is changed as indicated:
LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
The West One-half (W~) of the Southeast Quarter
(SEV4) of the Southeast Quarter (SEV4) of Section
17, Township 3 North, Range 10 West, North of
Loop Road, Pulaski County, Arkansas, containing
19.708 acres, more or less.
The above described property is hereby rezoned from R-O and R-l
to C-2. (General Location: Chapel Hill Cemetary, 1504 Loop
Road, Jacksonville, Arkansas.)
SECTION 2: That the map referred to in Section 601 of
Ordinance No. 213 of the City of Jacksonville, Arkansas, as
amended by Ordinance No. 238, and designated official zoning map,
should be and hereby is amended to the extent and in the respects
necessary to effect and designate the changes provided for in
Section 1, thereof.
SECTION 3: That all Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of any such
conflict.
